Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to make changes to your order: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, let customer service know what changes you would like to make to your order and we'll be happy to help! This includes adding/removing a product, changing a shipping address, or contact information.
To return or exchange an item: Email us with your order number (support@moonnandearth.com)
We do not currently offer free returns. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once items ship, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package.
Please double check your shipping address before ordering as we are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address. If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a $5.50 reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address. We will not cancel or refund orders that were ordered to the incorrect shipping address at the customer's fault.
For order cancellations - we have a 1 hour grace period for cancellations after you place your order in case you accidentally place an incorrect order. After this grace period, successful cancellation is not guaranteed as we may already be preparing to ship your items. Please email us with an order cancellation request with your order number within the 1 hour grace period.
