Shipping policy

Make sure to use the correct mailing address before placing an order. If you used the wrong address by mistake and let us know before the item is shipped, we'll be happy to change the address for you. If you haven't received your order due to incorrect/invalid address that you provided, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, call the delivering post office. They can track the GPS coordinates to see where the carrier was when they scanned a package as delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace the item at our expense.
