- A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- If the amount of your gift card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with an additional form of payment.
- If the amount of your gift card is for more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use.
- Gift cards are non‐refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

How's the quality of the jewelry?
All our jewelry is made out of high quality 18k PVD plated stainless steel that is hypoallergenic, wont rust, leave marks on skin or turn black or green!
Does your jewelry contain nickel or lead?
Nope, all our jewelry is nickel and lead free.
Can I wear the jewelry while swimming or in the shower?
Yes! Our jewelry is waterproof and can be worn while swimming and in the shower without tarnishing. However, it will make the jewelry last for a shorter amount of time as they typically last around four years.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
You can take care of your jewelry and make them last longer by not being very aggressive with it to avoid scratching, and by not using a lot of force on the clasps.

1. Wrap a string or piece of paper around the base of your finger.
2. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
3. Measure the string or paper with a ruler in millimeters

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know.
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

P.S. We do not currently offer free returns. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us.
